I recently started using the Carbon Diet App from Layne Norton. I love macro counting and it’s more helpful at making suggestions than MFP. I stopped tracking sleep and simply use an Apple Watch for activity tracking although they aren’t great for caloric expenditure. I want to try out reclaim…great suggestion
I recently started following Layne after listening to him on Huberman. I really like his approach, and his combination of academic background + real world training experience. I've been curious about Carbon - I'm going to check it out!
